Which systems are officially listed?

The Square Enix platform announcement lists Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC through Steam or Xbox on PC. Digital Foundry’s platform coverage discusses PS5, Xbox, Switch 2 and PC versions; Gamer Fusion’s overview also discusses the original Switch product.

Switch 2Nintendo Switch 2.
PlayStation 5PS5.
Xbox Series X or SXbox Series X
Windows PCSteam or Xbox on PC.

PS4 and macOS are not in the native platform list cited above. That list does not establish unofficial compatibility, emulation or a native release for an unlisted system.

Use an official product destination

For Steam PC, use the Steam product page. For the other listed systems, use the publisher’s official announcement and platform references to identify the intended version, then match it in your own regional platform store.

Exact regional console product destinations are not supplied for every system here. Do not mistake the publisher announcement for a completed checkout or a guarantee that a particular regional store currently offers the product.

Windows PC has more than one named storefront

The announcement names Steam and Xbox on PC separately. Use the listing for the store in which you intend to own the game. A purchase in one store does not by itself establish a license in the other.

Steam’s system requirements belong to the Steam PC product. Basic platform availability does not measure performance on your computer or confirm a particular display feature.

Availability and version performance are different questions

Use the platform list to identify a supported system. If your choice depends on frame rate, image quality or moving a Switch purchase to Switch 2, consult a version-specific comparison rather than assuming every listed version behaves identically.

For those differences, use the platform comparison. For Standard or Deluxe content, use the edition comparison. Store-and-price choices belong in purchase options.
